Support for the app (Northern Europe surf alerts).

FAQ

• Why am I not getting push notifications? Make sure Premium is active and notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
• Why does it say “Paused”? Alerts are turned off (globally or for that spot). You can still open the app and check the forecast.
• What is “Proximity score”? A simple 0–100 score showing how close the forecast is to your requirements. 100 means conditions are fulfilled.
• Forecast source WeMonitor uses YR forecast data tuned for Northern Europe.

Privacy

WeMonitor stores only what’s needed to provide the service (e.g. device identifier, push token, premium status, and alert settings).

The app also stores locations (“spots”) explicitly added by the user. These spot locations are used only to provide forecasts and alerts and are not used for tracking.

You can remove local app data at any time by uninstalling the app.
